Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kad\u0131n liderlerin kurumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve e\u015fit temsilde \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor.   

 D\u00fcnya genelinde “Kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in Davos”  olarak an\u0131lan ve 4-6 Haziran  tarihlerinde \u0130stanbul’da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek K\u00fcresel Kad\u0131n Zirvesi  \u00f6ncesinde, “Kad\u0131n CEO’lar: Y\u00f6netim Kurullar\u0131na ve \u00dcst Y\u00f6netim Kademelerine A\u00e7\u0131lan Kap\u0131lar” ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 2026 K\u00fcresel Kad\u0131n Direkt\u00f6rler Raporu  kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Kurumsal Kad\u0131n Direkt\u00f6rler Uluslararas\u0131  (Corporate Women Directors International – CWDI) taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kad\u0131n CEO ’lar\u0131n \u015firketlerde liderlik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131ran en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biri oldu\u011funu ortaya koydu. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda incelenen 3.222 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli halka a\u00e7\u0131k \u015firketin yaln\u0131zca 215’inde, yani y\u00fczde 6,7’sinde kad\u0131n CEO bulunuyor. Ancak rapor, say\u0131lar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olsa da kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firketlerin y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131nda ve \u00fcst y\u00f6netim ekiplerinde kad\u0131n temsilini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Kad\u0131n CEO’lar Y\u00f6netimde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc H\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor   

 Rapora g\u00f6re bir \u015firketin ba\u015f\u0131na kad\u0131n CEO ge\u00e7ti\u011finde, liderlik kademelerinde dikkat \u00e7ekici bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firketlerde kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerinin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 38,3’e ula\u015f\u0131rken, bu oran k\u00fcresel ortalamada y\u00fczde 28,9 seviyesinde kal\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n en dikkat \u00e7ekici bulgular\u0131ndan biri ise CEO de\u011fi\u015fimlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Erkek bir CEO’nun ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6reve gelen kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n liderli\u011finde, y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n oran\u0131 ortalama y\u00fczde 34,5’ten y\u00fczde 56,1’e y\u00fckseliyor.  

 Kad\u0131n CEO etkisi yaln\u0131zca y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n CEO’lar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen \u015firketlerde \u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 36,8’e ula\u015f\u0131rken, k\u00fcresel ortalama y\u00fczde 21 seviyesinde bulunuyor. Kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n G\u00f6rev Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eirketlerde E\u015fit Temsil G\u00fc\u00e7leniyor   

 Rapor, kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firketlerin cinsiyet dengesi konusunda \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydetti\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Kad\u0131n CEO’lar\u0131n y\u00f6netti\u011fi \u015firketlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rtte birinde y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131 kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011fine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f veya kad\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fa sahip hale gelmi\u015f durumda. Benzer \u015fekilde, bu \u015firketlerin y\u00fczde 22,3’\u00fcnde \u00fcst y\u00f6netim ekiplerinin en az yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olu\u015fturuyor. CWDI’nin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015firketler aras\u0131nda belirledi\u011fi “\u0130lk 10” listesinde yer alan kad\u0131n CEO’lu \u015firketlerin tamam\u0131nda kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri \u00e7o\u011funlukta bulunuyor.  

 “Kad\u0131n CEO’lar, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fim akt\u00f6rleri”  CWDI Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Irene Natividad , ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle de\u011ferlendirdi: “Veriler son derece a\u00e7\u0131k.
