 \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ’nin (\u0130BB) insan kaynaklar\u0131 ve istihdam politikalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fcten i\u015ftiraki \u0130SPER  ile \u0130stanbul’un gelece\u011fini veriye dayal\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla planlayan \u0130stanbul Planlama Ajans\u0131  (\u0130PA)’n\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi ile \u0130PA Kamp\u00fcs Florya ’da Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam\u0131 \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131  d\u00fczenlendi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n  i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 engeller ve e\u015fitsizlikler de\u011ferlendirilerek, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na  y\u00f6nelik somut ve uygulanabilir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri ele al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi temel ilkelerinden, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ilkesi do\u011frultusunda, akademisyenler, hukuk\u00e7ular, insan kaynaklar\u0131 uzmanlar\u0131 ile kamu, sendika, sivil toplum ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerini bir araya getiren \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda, farkl\u0131 deneyim ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 ile \u00e7ok payda\u015fl\u0131 bir tart\u0131\u015fma zemini olu\u015fturuldu. Etkinli\u011fin moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z YK \u00dcyesi, Yazar, Dan\u0131\u015fman ve \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi \u0130dil T\u00fcrkmeno\u011flu  yapt\u0131. “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal ya\u015famda g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi kritik \u00f6neme sahip”  \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u0130SPER Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Banu \u00d6ks\u00fcn  konunun sadece bir istihdam politikas\u0131 de\u011fil; adalet, e\u015fitlik ve demokrasi meselesi oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme giden yolun \u00e7ok payda\u015fl\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n ortak ak\u0131l ile eyleme ge\u00e7mesi oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 olan \u0130stanbul \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc Piyasas\u0131  ve Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam\u0131 Raporu ’ndan \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 veriler payla\u015fan \u00d6ks\u00fcn; \u00e7ocuk sahibi \u00e7ift gelirli hanelerde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n haftada yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 saat ev i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7ift vardiya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Di\u011fer taraftan, t\u00fcm e\u011fitim seviyelerinde cinsiyetler aras\u0131 \u00fccret fark\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, erkeklerden y\u00fczde 18 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal ya\u015famda g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesinin kentsel kalk\u0131nma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu vurgulayan \u00d6ks\u00fcn; \u0130PA taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda bir&nbsp;Rapor ve Politika Belgesi haz\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n \u0130stanbul’da ve T\u00fcrkiye genelinde kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik politika yap\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini belirtti. Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik politika belgesi haz\u0131rlanacak   

 Program kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik engeller ve e\u015fitsizlikler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan cinsiyet temelli sorunlar, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik politika ve uygulamalar ile kad\u0131n giri\u015fimcili\u011finin desteklenmesine y\u00f6nelik modeller ele al\u0131nd\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 oturum olarak d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri, \u00fccretsiz ev i\u00e7i emek y\u00fck\u00fc, bak\u0131m hizmetlerine eri\u015fim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda cam tavan, mobbing ve \u015fiddet gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve insan odakl\u0131l\u0131k perspektifiyle \u00e7ok boyutlu bi\u00e7imde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.  

 \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay, \u0130BB’nin toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi oda\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal ya\u015famda e\u015fit, g\u00fcvenceli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bi\u00e7imde yer almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00fczere ortak ak\u0131l olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ve yerel y\u00f6netimler d\u00fczeyinde uygulanabilir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7layan \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak tamamland\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay boyunca toplanan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6neriler rapor haline getirilecek. \u0130stanbul deneyiminden hareketle T\u00fcrkiye genelinde kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik politika tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na da katk\u0131 sunacak kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir politika belgesi haz\u0131rlanacak.
