Holding, bilin\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddete u\u011frayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na psikolojik ve hukuki dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k deste\u011fi de sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi \u0130\u00e7in At\u0131lan \u0130mza \u0130le D\u00fcnyada, Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u0130mza Atan 23 \u015eirketten Biri  Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ni hedefleyen \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn k\u00fcresel en \u00f6nemli giri\u015fimlerinden biri Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi  Prensipleri’ni (Women’s Empowerment Principles – WEPs) 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalayan \u0130nci Holding, bu imza ile d\u00fcnyada, otomotiv  ve otomotiv  tedarik  sanayi  sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde imza atan 23 \u015firketten biri oldu. Bu anla\u015fmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak holdingin taahh\u00fctleri aras\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi nde kurumsal lider olmak, kad\u0131n – erkek t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n insan haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmak, kad\u0131n\u0131n  g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ne y\u00f6nelik giri\u015fim, tedarik zinciri ve pazarlama faaliyetleri uygulamak gibi prensipler yer al\u0131yor. 69 y\u0131ld\u0131r kat etti\u011fi yolun her bir kilometresinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu ve y\u00f6netim kurulunun 17 y\u0131ld\u0131r kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen, \u0130nci Holding  Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ne\u015fe G\u00f6k,  \u0130nci Holding  olarak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan biri olmaktan duydu\u011fu gururunu da dile getirdi. Ne mutlu bizlere ki erkek egemen diye an\u0131lan otomotiv  sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde erkek-kad\u0131n ayr\u0131m\u0131 olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak markam\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Biliyoruz ki kad\u0131nlar, her sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn oldu\u011fu gibi otomotiv  d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in de elzem bir g\u00fc\u00e7. Kad\u0131n  istihdam\u0131 n\u0131 art\u0131rmak hepimiz i\u00e7in bir sorumluluk. Bu sorumluluk hem \u00fclkemizde hem de t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve sosyal kalk\u0131nman\u0131n sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yolu niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor.” Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik hayatta g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gerekti\u011fine inanan \u0130nci Holding , t\u00fcm insan kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve uygulamalar\u0131nda “f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fine \u00f6nem vererek, farkl\u0131l\u0131klara ve etik de\u011ferlere sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmak” prensibi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda giderek derinle\u015fen \u00e7evresel ve sosyal alandaki sorunlara da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130nci , holding olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik standartlar\u0131na uygun bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor.
