Bu ad\u0131mlardan olan ve kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda potansiyellerini daha iyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmelerine olanak sa\u011flamak amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan “Kad\u0131n Liderler Program\u0131” ilk mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 verdi.  Sigorta sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde en fazla kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131  sa\u011flayan ve toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi bilincini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan projeler geli\u015ftiren \u015firketlerden biri olan Anadolu Sigorta, bu bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda potansiyellerini daha iyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da proje hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. \u00d6nemli fark\u0131ndal\u0131k projelerinden biri olan ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz mart ay\u0131nda ba\u015flat\u0131lan Kad\u0131n Liderler Program\u0131 ilk mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 verdi.  Program s\u00fcresince 22 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131, k\u00fcresel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile i\u015f hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin trendler ve vaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ekseninde ilham al\u0131nabilecek deneyimleri kapsayan birbirinden zengin ve farkl\u0131 bir\u00e7ok i\u00e7erikle bulu\u015ftu. Harvard Business School ’a ait orijinal makaleler \u00fczerinden ilerlenen program, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131  bulu\u015fmalar\u0131, fiziksel bulu\u015fmalarla network etkinlikleri gibi farkl\u0131 planlamalarla da zenginle\u015ftirildi. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra program\u0131n tamam\u0131nda Ko\u00e7 \u00dcniversitesi’ nin uzman akademisyenleri mod\u00fcllere liderlik etti.  3 ay s\u00fcren Kad\u0131n Liderler E\u011fitim Program\u0131’n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6renle kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. Anadolu Sigorta Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Tu\u011ftan,  Anadolu Sigorta Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130dil Pamir  ve Anadolu Sigorta Kurumsal \u0130leti\u015fim ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik  Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Berna Semiz Erg\u00fcntan ’\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6renin kapan\u0131\u015f oturumuna Prof. Dr. Ayt\u00fcl Er\u00e7il  konuk oldu.  “Program, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini \u00f6nceliklendiren bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sonucu”  T\u00f6rende yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 sekt\u00f6rde en fazla kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u015firketlerden biri olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini \u00f6nemsediklerini belirten Anadolu Sigorta Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Tu\u011ftan, bu konuda \u00f6\u011frenmeye ve yenilik\u00e7i uygulamalar geli\u015ftirmeye devam ettiklerini dile getirdi. Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda potansiyellerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da proje hayata ge\u00e7irdiklerini aktaran Tu\u011ftan, “2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce #DahaE\u015fit  diyerek ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z E\u015fitlik Komitemiz bu alanda \u00e7ok de\u011ferli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza at\u0131yor. Di\u011fer taraftan Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler “Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri ”nin imzac\u0131s\u0131 ve UN Global Compact ’\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Hedef Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi program\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi ’nin \u00f6nderli\u011findeki \u0130\u015f D\u00fcnyas\u0131 Aile \u0130\u00e7i \u015eiddete Kar\u015f\u0131  platformunun da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131y\u0131z. Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan  ve y\u00f6netici oran\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sistematik olarak art\u0131rarak ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomiye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara destek vererek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fc ve \u00f6rnek \u015firketi kimli\u011fimizi daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn ilk mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 verecek olan program\u0131m\u0131z da bu konudaki ad\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 destekler niteli\u011fiyle bizim i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a k\u0131ymetli” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. “\u0130\u00e7erikler kad\u0131n liderlerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rland\u0131”  Kad\u0131n Liderler Program\u0131’n\u0131n sekt\u00f6rde ve i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u00f6rne\u011fine az rastlan\u0131r bir i\u00e7eri\u011fi olan \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Anadolu Sigorta Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u0130dil Pamir “100. y\u0131l\u0131na yakla\u015fan \u015firketimizin temel de\u011ferlerinden olan "\u00d6nc\u00fcl\u00fck" ilkemiz kapsam\u0131nda Anadolu Sigorta Akademi taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilen program ile b\u00f6yle \u00f6nemli ve hassas bir ba\u015fl\u0131kta \u00f6nc\u00fc olmak gurur verici. Program\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi kad\u0131n liderlerimizin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, tamamen bize \u00f6zel haz\u0131rland\u0131. Y\u00f6netsel fonksiyonlarda yer alan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kariyerlerini desteklemeye y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan bu program\u0131n sundu\u011fu global bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda, yeni networkler kazand\u0131rmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da \u00e7ok de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum” diyerek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini dile getirdi. Pazarlama ve reklam faaliyetlerinde toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa yer vermeyen bir ileti\u015fiminin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdiklerini de vurgulayan Erg\u00fcntan s\u00f6zlerini \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: “Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde ve b\u00f6lge m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinde Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi temal\u0131 kitaplardan olu\u015fan E\u015fitlik Kitapl\u0131klar\u0131  kurduk. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda, Mutlu Anne Ment\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc  ile do\u011fum izninden d\u00f6nen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeniden uyum s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve kariyer planlamalar\u0131na destek sunuyoruz.
