 45’i a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fclkede, 23 binden fazla \u00fcyesi olan Hollanda merkezli sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu LEAD Network , \u00f6zellikle perakende ve t\u00fcketim \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sekt\u00f6rlerinde kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici  say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. LEAD Network T\u00fcrkiye  ise bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede CEO Yuvarlak Masa Toplant\u0131s\u0131 ’n\u0131 KidZania \u0130stanbul ’da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Etkinli\u011fe, perakende ve t\u00fcketim \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sekt\u00f6rlerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 CEO kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterdi. Ayr\u0131ca bu y\u0131l, ilk kez CEO Awards  ile toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda somut ad\u0131mlar atan liderlere de \u00f6d\u00fcl takdim edildi. Etkinlikte, LEAD Network T\u00fcrkiye ad\u0131na NielsenIQ  taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan “Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n Konumu”  ve “NextGen” (25-35 Ya\u015f Aras\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gen\u00e7 N\u00fcfus) konulu iki \u00f6nemli ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 da payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. “Vizyonumuz; End\u00fcstrinin sesi olmak”  Program, LEAD Network T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Neslihan Nigiz Ulak  ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Gaye Narmanl\u0131 Sunerli ’nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Neslihan Nigiz Ulak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada “LEAD Network Europe  ile uyumlu bir \u015fekilde entegre olan T\u00fcrkiye vizyonumuz: ‘End\u00fcstrinin sesi olmak.’ Bunu yaparken de fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak ve bu konuda toplumsal fikir liderli\u011fi olu\u015fturmak istiyoruz. Bu ortak amaca do\u011fru b\u00fcnyemizdeki \u00fc\u00e7 grup ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz: Bireysel \u00fcyelerimiz; markalar\u0131m\u0131z ve CEO’lar\u0131m\u0131z… Bug\u00fcn burada, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en \u00f6nde gelen CEO ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 liderli\u011fiyle, kad\u0131n liderlerin y\u00fckselmesini desteklemek ve her d\u00fczeyde 50=50 temsiliyeti elde etmek i\u00e7in gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131 konu\u015fmak i\u00e7in topland\u0131k. Bu yuvarlak masa toplant\u0131s\u0131, kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm liderlerimizin ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131 irade sayesinde, LEAD Network T\u00fcrkiye \u00fcyesi kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi benimseyen, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler in\u015fa etmelerine vesile olacak. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz inan\u0131yoruz ki kapsay\u0131c\u0131 organizasyonlar, ancak kapsay\u0131c\u0131 liderler sayesinde hayata ge\u00e7er.” ifadelerini payla\u015ft\u0131.
