Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131  \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131n kooperatifleri  ve kad\u0131n \u00fcreticilerl e yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birlikleriyle t\u00fcm ekosistemine yayan Metro T\u00fcrkiye, GAP  \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7ok Ama\u00e7l\u0131 Toplum Merkezleri (\u00c7ATOM ) ile bir i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131. Bu kapsamda Metro T\u00fcrkiye ’nin yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin ma\u011faza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 8 Mart  g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Mardinli kad\u0131nlar  taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zel olarak \u00fcretilen #i\u015ftekad\u0131ng\u00fcc\u00fc  yaz\u0131l\u0131 mor  renkli maskeleri takarak kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 n\u0131n \u00f6nemini ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k  olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefledi.  “Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc’nde de kad\u0131n \u00fcreticiler ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak yerli \u00fcretime destek olduk”  Metro T\u00fcrkiye  b\u00fcnyesinde kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan  say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaya \u00f6nem vermekle kalmay\u0131p ayn\u0131 zamanda sekt\u00f6rde de kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 n\u0131 desteklediklerini vurgulayan Metro T\u00fcrkiye  CEO’su Sinem T\u00fcr\u00fcng,  bu ama\u00e7la kad\u0131n kooperatifleri  ve kad\u0131n \u00fcreticiler le i\u015f birlikleri yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.  T\u00fcr\u00fcng, 8  Mart D\u00fcnya Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc  i\u00e7in GAP  \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7ok Ama\u00e7l\u0131 Toplum Merkezleri (\u00c7ATOM)  ile yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda, Mardinli kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zel olarak \u00fcretilen mor maskeleri, i\u015fte kad\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc nde fark\u0131ndal\u0131k  yaratmak amac\u0131yla 8 Mart’ta 4 bin ma\u011faza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n takt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. T\u00fcr\u00fcng , “Bu \u015fekilde #\u0130\u015ftekad\u0131ng\u00fcc\u00fc  etiketinin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 maskelerimizle kad\u0131n  ve erkek t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda var olmalar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizi a\u011f\u0131rlarken de g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu. Ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131zdan, raflar\u0131m\u0131zdaki \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tedarik etti\u011fimiz \u00fcreticilere kadar t\u00fcm alandaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n desteklenmesinin, cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini  sa\u011flamaya katk\u0131da bulunarak toplumsal refah d\u00fczeyini artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r ile kamu bunun i\u00e7in el ele verirse, \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulunaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum. Metro T\u00fcrkiye  olarak bu konuda kendi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc deste\u011fe ve i\u015f birli\u011fine haz\u0131r\u0131z.” dedi. Metro T\u00fcrkiye,  30 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrk mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak ve gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fark\u0131ndal\u0131k  \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda sosyal etki olu\u015fturmaya da \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyor. Markan\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131  da \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemseyen ve toplumsal refah\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yerel ekonomiye dâhil olmadan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131kan Metro T\u00fcrkiye , kad\u0131n  istihdam\u0131 n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 temel eksende ele al\u0131yor: Kendi b\u00fcnyesinde hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi uygulamalar, birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedarik\u00e7ileri ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve yeme-i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki kad\u0131n  \u015feflerin yeti\u015ftirilmesi ve yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131. 2020 y\u0131lsonu verilerine g\u00f6re kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 32, merkez ofisteki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 42, y\u00f6netim kurulundaki kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 olan Metro T\u00fcrkiye , ayn\u0131 zamanda ekosisteminde de kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 destekliyor.
