T\u00fcrk i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda liderlerin son 5 y\u0131ldaki motivasyon, diren\u00e7, umut ve \u00e7eviklik d\u00fczeyleri mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. PERY\u00d6N (T\u00fcrkiye \u0130nsan Y\u00f6netimi Derne\u011fi),  Execution Partners  i\u015f birli\u011fi ve EAPM Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Berna \u00d6zt\u0131naz  liderli\u011finde haz\u0131rlanan ‘T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015f D\u00fcnyas\u0131nda Liderlik Bile\u015fenleri’  ara\u015ft\u0131rma raporu; psikolojik sermaye kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7eviklik oda\u011f\u0131nda ele ald\u0131. Liderlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ortaya koyan rapor, gelece\u011fin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak \u00f6nemli i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fcler sunuyor.  

 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ve T\u00fcrkiye i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n nabz\u0131n\u0131 tutan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, liderlik davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle ortaya koyan kapsaml\u0131 bir tablo sundu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n neredeyse yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan orta kademe y\u00f6neticiler (%48) ile tepe y\u00f6netimde g\u00f6rev yapan liderlerin (%25) deneyimleri, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki liderlik davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 65’i kad\u0131n liderlerden olu\u015fuyor   

 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada en geni\u015f grubu y\u00fczde 47’lik bir oran ile 40-50 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki y\u00f6neticiler olu\u015fturuyor. Sekt\u00f6rel da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m ise olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir yelpazeye yay\u0131l\u0131yor: e\u011fitim, kamu, sivil toplum, sanayi, imalat, finans, sigorta, bankac\u0131l\u0131k, telekom, teknoloji, yaz\u0131l\u0131m, otomotiv, havac\u0131l\u0131k, ula\u015f\u0131m, lojistik, sa\u011fl\u0131k, ila\u00e7, in\u015faat, gayrimenkul, altyap\u0131, perakende, e-ticaret, medya, e\u011flence, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k, turizm, konaklama ve yeme-i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6rleri ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.  

 Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 65’inin kad\u0131n liderlerden olu\u015fmas\u0131, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen liderlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fckselen etkisini net bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyuyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, bu sayede yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcn\u00fcn liderlerini de\u011fil, gelece\u011fin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 da okumaya imkân veren bir veri seti sunuyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re iki alanda gerileme dikkat \u00e7ekiyor  2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, 2025’te tekrarlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015f D\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n “Liderin Kendini Y\u00f6netme Endeksi”nde \u00f6zellikle 2 alanda gerileme dikkat \u00e7ekiyor: hedef belirleme ve plan yapma konusunda umut fakt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 80’den y\u00fczde 76’ya gerilerken, gelece\u011fe f\u0131rsat penceresinden bakan iyimserlik ise y\u00fczde 78’den y\u00fczde 74’e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.   

Zorlu g\u00f6revleri ba\u015farmada “\u00f6zyeterlilik” 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 77’den y\u00fczde 79’a y\u00fckselirken, umutsuzluk anlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7e\u011fi kabullenme konusunda ise “y\u0131lmazl\u0131k” duygular\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 75’ten y\u00fczde 76’ya y\u00fckseldi\u011fi kaydedildi.  


 \u00d6zellikle belirsizliklerin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik ve sosyal ortamda, liderlerin zorluklar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i, kabullenici ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir tutum sergiledikleri belirlendi.  

 Raporda ayr\u0131ca, liderlerin \u00e7eviklik endeksi i\u00e7inde en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc alan\u0131n y\u00fczde 67 ile “ili\u015fkiler” oldu\u011fu, yani \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131 ve ortaklar aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir koordinasyon s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor.

PERY\u00d6N Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Eylem Derya \u00d6zg\u00fcr , rapora ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmesinde s\u00f6z konusu ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n, T\u00fcrk i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda liderlerin zorluklarla ba\u015f etme konusunda \u00f6nemli bir diren\u00e7 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirtti ve \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131; “Liderin kendini y\u00f6netme endeksine g\u00f6re i\u015f hayat\u0131nda s\u0131k s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan kaynak k\u0131s\u0131tlar\u0131, karma\u015f\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ve belirsizlik ortam\u0131; bireyleri dayan\u0131kl\u0131, esnek ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 olmaya zorluyor ve bu da y\u0131lmazl\u0131k seviyesini y\u00fckseltiyor.
