Pluxee T\u00fcrkiye, 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc  yakla\u015f\u0131rken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdikleri bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.&nbsp;Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 36’s\u0131 hem performans de\u011ferlendirmesinde hem de terfi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin g\u00f6zetilmedi\u011fini belirtiyor; y\u00fczde 87’si ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irebilece\u011fini payla\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara g\u00f6re, cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini sa\u011flama konusunda kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n aksiyon almas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6ncelikli alan performans de\u011ferlendirmesi. \u00dccret politikas\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda \u015firket i\u00e7i e\u011fitimlerin verilmesi ve i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde cinsiyet dengesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan di\u011fer aksiyon alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda. \u00d6te yandan,&nbsp;mavi yaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda, performans de\u011ferlendirmesi ve terfi s\u00fcrecinde kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin g\u00f6zetilmedi\u011fine dair alg\u0131, beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara k\u0131yasla daha y\u00fcksek. Z ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %68’i kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yor   

Z ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 68’i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumda performans de\u011ferlendirmesinde cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin g\u00f6zetildi\u011fine inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. 18-29  ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70’i terfi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde cinsiyet fark\u0131 g\u00f6zetilmedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken 40-45  ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda bu oran %46’ya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Performans de\u011ferlendirmesinde cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin dikkate al\u0131n\u0131p al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda y\u00f6netici olan ve olmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar benzer bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip. Akademetre  i\u015f birli\u011fi ile T\u00fcrkiye'nin 26 ilinde, farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde aktif olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan toplam 500 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ile bilgisayar destekli ki\u015fisel g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme (C.A.P.I) y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmada,&nbsp;kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 44’\u00fc \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin g\u00f6zetilmedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Sekt\u00f6rler \u00f6zelinde ise ticaret ve \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6zetildi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken perakende ve \u00f6zellikle hizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015fverenlerinin bu e\u015fitli\u011fi g\u00f6zetmedi\u011fini payla\u015f\u0131yor. "Y\u00f6netici rollerinde kad\u0131n temsiliyetinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir gereklilik"  \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na daha iyi bir deneyim sunmak isteyen i\u015fverenlere de\u011fer yaratan \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetler sunmaya odakland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten&nbsp;Pluxee T\u00fcrkiye CHRO’su Feride D\u00fczduran G\u00fcnd\u00fcz,  s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7in kurum i\u00e7erisinde sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin geldi\u011fini belirten G\u00fcnd\u00fcz s\u00f6zlerine \u015fu \u015fekilde devam etti: “F\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne dahil edilerek y\u00f6netici rollerinde kad\u0131n temsiliyetinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 art\u0131k i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir gereklilik. D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olu\u015fturuyor; istihdamda cinsiyet ayr\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 k\u00fcresel GSY\u0130H’i %20 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131rma potansiyeline sahip.” Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 gelece\u011fin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131yor
