 Kad\u0131n Dostu Markalar Platformu  taraf\u0131ndan bu y\u0131l alt\u0131nc\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen Uluslararas\u0131 Kad\u0131n Dostu Markalar Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00d6d\u00fclleri , i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme katk\u0131 sunan projeleri onurland\u0131rd\u0131. T\u00f6rende Wilco Group , kurum i\u00e7inde hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi “Mutlu Kad\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Kad\u0131n Program\u0131”  ile \u00c7e\u015fitlilik, Kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve \u0130yilik Hali Uygulamalar\u0131 kategorisinde  \u00f6d\u00fcle lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.  

 \u0130\u015f Sanat K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi ’nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen t\u00f6rende; toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi, kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ve sosyal etki alanlar\u0131nda fark yaratan projeler 8 ayr\u0131 kategoride toplam 30 \u00f6d\u00fcl ile ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. “\u0130nsana, Gezegene ve Gelece\u011fe De\u011fer”  temas\u0131yla d\u00fczenlenen zirve; i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131, sanat ve sivil toplumdan bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ismi bir araya getirdi. Uluslararas\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 panellerde kapsay\u0131c\u0131 liderlik, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik uygulamalar\u0131 ele al\u0131n\u0131rken, bireysel iyilik hali ve toplumsal sorumluluk ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 da g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131. “\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80’i kad\u0131n”    


 

Wilco Group Kurucusu ve CEO’su Mehmet Avc\u0131 , \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc al\u0131rken yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada program\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bir insan kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren stratejik bir yakla\u015f\u0131m oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda UN Women  i\u015f birli\u011fiyle Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri ’ni (WEPs) imzalad\u0131k ve UN Global Compact  \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fi kurumsal bir taahh\u00fct haline getirdik. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye’nin 81 ilinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u015firketimizde 6.000 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80’i kad\u0131n. Bu oran bizim i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca bir istatistik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumluluk. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir bilan\u00e7oyla de\u011fil, mutlu, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve de\u011fer g\u00f6ren insanlarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yoruz.”   

 Avc\u0131 ayr\u0131ca program\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesiyle birlikte kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetinde ve kurumsal aidiyette \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlemlendi\u011fini, daha a\u00e7\u0131k ve demokratik bir ileti\u015fim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve program\u0131n do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak 10.000 ki\u015filik bir etki alan\u0131 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.
