Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu’nun a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 2024 Raporu, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi odakl\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yolculu\u011funda kat edilen mesafeyi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi.  Kurulu\u015fundan bu yana “Mutlu Et Mutlu Ol”  anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla t\u00fcm faaliyetlerinde sosyal fayday\u0131 \u00f6nceliklendiren Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding , \u00c7aml\u0131ca Kamp\u00fcs’te d\u00fczenledi\u011fi 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc  etkinli\u011finde, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki temsilini art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla elde edilen somut sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 duyurdu. F\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 birli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde ortak hareket etmesinin \u00f6nemine vurgu yap\u0131lan etkinlikte, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu ’nun, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Raporu ile f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131ktaki ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.   

 Raporda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan verilere g\u00f6re 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan  oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49 ’a y\u00fckselirken, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding ‘E\u015e\u0130T \u00dcCRET Sertifikas\u0131 ’n\u0131 g\u0131da ve perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde almaya hak kazanan ilk Holding oldu. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding, kad\u0131n giri\u015fimcili\u011fi ni destekleyen projeleriyle son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda 10 milyon dolar\u0131 a\u015fan ekonomik de\u011fer yarat\u0131rken, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kad\u0131n \u00e7ift\u00e7iler in desteklenmesi ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik olarak g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in \u015eOK’ta Ben de Var\u0131m, Superfresh Tar\u0131m\u0131n Kad\u0131n Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131, \u00dclker 'F\u0131nd\u0131ktan Fazlas\u0131 - Kakaodan Fazlas\u0131'  gibi projeleri hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding'in toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme katk\u0131 sa\u011flama ve f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme konusundaki kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Ali \u00dclker: “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir gelecek i\u00e7in kritik”   

 Etkinli\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali \u00dclker , kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki temsiliyetinin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesinin sadece ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7in de\u011fil, daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek i\u00e7in de kritik oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Ali \u00dclker, “Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomiye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen pek \u00e7ok etki program\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sadece \u015firketlerimizle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131yor, de\u011fer zincirimize yay\u0131larak ekosistemimizin tamam\u0131nda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini te\u015fvik ediyor.”   

Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding’in g\u0131da ve perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde lider bir kurulu\u015f olarak bu konuda \u00f6nemli bir sorumluluk ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgusunu yapan \u00dclker \u015funlar\u0131 ekledi: “Taahh\u00fctlerimizin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7en somut ad\u0131mlarla ilerliyoruz. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kamu \u0130li\u015fkileri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve Kad\u0131n Platformu El\u00e7isi Beg\u00fcm Mutu\u015f  ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda Kad\u0131n Platformu’nun 2024 raporundan g\u00fcncel verileri a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Mutu\u015f: “Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu,&nbsp;bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye’de \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7inde benzersiz bir inisiyatif olarak be\u015finci y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 dolduruyor. K\u0131demli kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici oran\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczde 35 ve kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerimizin oran\u0131ysa y\u00fczde 22’ye ula\u015ft\u0131. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding, STEM (fen, teknoloji, m\u00fchendislik ve matematik) alanlar\u0131nda 30 ya\u015f alt\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131 %52'ye \u00e7\u0131kararak gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bilim ve teknoloji alan\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015fine de \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ediyor.  Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding’in pozitif i\u015f yeri k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc tescillendi  Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding, g\u00fcven, adalet, kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve e\u015fitlik temelli i\u015f yeri k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle “Great Place to  Work”  sertifikas\u0131na lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Marmara \u00dcniversitesi Ekonomik ve Sosyal Alanda Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (ESKAR)  M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Fatma Ayano\u011flu’ nun \u00f6nderli\u011finde, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen “\u0130\u015f ve \u00d6zel Ya\u015fam Dengesi”  ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, \u015firketin kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00e7e\u015fitlilik politikalar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini ortaya koydu. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding’in kad\u0131n dostu uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f yeri k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131y\u0131 somut verilerle destekledi.
