Kurdu\u011fu ‘Kad\u0131n Platformu’ ile t\u00fcm \u015firketlerinde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi temelinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ba\u015flatan Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding, ‘Kad\u0131n Platformu 2021 Raporu’nu  haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding ve \u015firketlerinde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi alan\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen iyi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n ve Kad\u0131n Platformu’nun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131yla anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda;&nbsp; Holding’de 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131, yeni i\u015fe al\u0131nan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 ve terfi eden kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 gibi temel parametrelerde dikkat \u00e7eken art\u0131\u015flar oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.  \u015eirketlerdeki kad\u0131n istihdam art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131  Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding’de 2019 ve 2020 y\u0131llar\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 37 iken bu oran 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 39’a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda en fazla kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131na sahip \u015firketlere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 67 ile Godiva  dikkat \u00e7ekerken, \u015eOK Marketler  y\u00fczde 49, Kerevita\u015f  y\u00fczde 44 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131yla Holding \u015firketleri aras\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. 2021’de rapor kapsam\u0131na dahil edilen Y\u0131ld\u0131z Ventures ’da da kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 42’ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. \u00d6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131 en \u00e7ok artt\u0131ran \u015firketise y\u00fczde 45’ten y\u00fczde 49’a y\u00fckselen \u015eOK Marketler oldu. Raporda dikkati \u00e7eken ba\u015fka bir parametrenin de 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding \u015firketlerinde yeni i\u015fe al\u0131nan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 49 oldu\u011fu bilgisi oldu. Godiva’da yeni i\u015fe al\u0131nanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 77’sini ve \u015eOK Marketler’de y\u00fczde 53’\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00f6zlendi. Di\u011fer yandan ise Holding \u015firketleri genelinde 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda terfi alanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 34’\u00fc kad\u0131nken, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 45’e y\u00fckseldi\u011fi belirtildi. “F\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finde i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7in rol model olu\u015fturuyoruz”   Konuya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding’de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hassasiyetle \u00fczerinde durulan f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, daha kurumsal bir anlay\u0131\u015fla ele almak istediklerini ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu’nun kurulu\u015funa imza att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu El\u00e7isi Beg\u00fcm Mutu\u015f , bu platformla e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131  bir toplumsal d\u00fczenin in\u015fas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi hedeflediklerini dile getirdi. Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu alt\u0131nda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki performanslar\u0131n\u0131 ve hedeflerini kamuoyuyla payla\u015farak, payda\u015flar\u0131, toplum ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir rol model olu\u015fturmay\u0131 arzu ettiklerini vurgulayan Mutu\u015f, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding olarak f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fine olan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fmak i\u00e7in Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Kad\u0131n Platformu F\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi ve Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Manifestosu’nu haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Manifesto’da ‘S\u00f6ylem’, ‘\u0130\u015f Ortam\u0131’ ve ‘\u0130\u015f Birlikleri’ alanlar\u0131nda taahh\u00fctler verdiklerini aktaran Mutu\u015f, bu \u00fc\u00e7 alanda al\u0131nacak aksiyonlardan olu\u015fan strateji yol haritas\u0131 olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi ve son olarak, “Raporumuzda bu stratejinin ana hatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve hedeflerimizi kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131yoruz”diye konu\u015ftu.
