Akbank , toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi ve kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi alan\u0131nda hem kurumsal hem de toplumsal \u00f6l\u00e7ekte att\u0131\u011f\u0131 somut ad\u0131mlarla bankac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc bir model ortaya koyuyor. Banka, kurum i\u00e7i uygulamalar\u0131ndan e\u015fitlik odakl\u0131 toplumsal programlar\u0131na, yenilik\u00e7i finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan mentorluk ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm programlar\u0131na kadar uzanan b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6nceliklendiriyor. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak Akbank, Futurebright  i\u015f birli\u011fiyle “\u0130\u015f Hayat\u0131nda Kad\u0131n Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131” n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, T\u00fcrkiye’de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131sal engelleri net bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyuyor.  



Akbank Hazine ve Finansal Kurumlar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Akbank \u00c7e\u015fitlilik, Hakkaniyet ve Kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k Lideri \u015eebnem Murato\u011flu , konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131; “E\u015fitlik, yaln\u0131zca temsil oranlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak de\u011fil; k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve finansal ekosistemi yeniden tasarlamak demektir. ‘\u0130\u015f Hayat\u0131nda Kad\u0131n Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131’ da bunu net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131l\u0131yor; kad\u0131nlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istemedikleri i\u00e7in de\u011fil, sistem onlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndan uzakla\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 58’inin i\u015fte ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in mask\u00fclen davranmak zorunda hissetmesi, her \u00fc\u00e7 kad\u0131ndan birinin hamilelik haberini kariyer riski olarak g\u00f6rmesi, sorunun bireysel de\u011fil, yap\u0131sal oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Akbank olarak bu alanda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in sorumluluk almaya, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir modelle \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirmeye devam edece\u011fiz.”  


 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 53’\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlar olu\u015fturuyor  Akbank, ara\u015ft\u0131rmada ortaya konan yap\u0131sal sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 kurum i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir model in\u015fa ediyor. Yetkinlik temelli i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 performans sistemleri ve i\u015f-ya\u015fam dengesini g\u00f6zeten esnek izin politikalar\u0131, Akbank’\u0131n kurumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fekillendiren temel unsurlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimlerle do\u011frulanan e\u015fit i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret politikas\u0131 ise bankan\u0131n bu alandaki kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n somut bir g\u00f6stergesi olarak kabul ediliyor. Akbank’ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 53’\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlar olu\u015ftururken, STEM rollerindeki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 36 seviyesinde oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda 2025’te terfi eden Akbankl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 54’\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yeni i\u015fe al\u0131nan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7inde kad\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 47 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bildiriliyor.  

 Akbank’ta liderlik rollerinde de kad\u0131nlar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir konuma sahip. Y\u00fczde 57 kad\u0131n lider  oran\u0131 ile banka, 2025 OMFIF Cinsiyet Dengesi Endeksi’ nde d\u00fcnyada 8. s\u0131rada ve T\u00fcrkiye’nin tek temsilcisi konumunda yer ald\u0131. Banka, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00c7e\u015fitlilik Politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 2027 y\u0131l sonuna kadar y\u00f6netim kurulundaki kad\u0131n \u00fcye oran\u0131n\u0131  ise en az y\u00fczde 30’a y\u00fckseltmeyi taahh\u00fct ediyor.  

 Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc destekleyen \u00f6nc\u00fc uygulamalar hayata ge\u00e7iriyor   

 Akbank, annelerin i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6nmesi i\u00e7in de hem banka genelinde \u00f6nc\u00fc uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor hem de toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in inisiyatifler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Bankada do\u011fum sonras\u0131 i\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcreci mentorluk sistemiyle desteklenirken, t\u00fcm ebeveynler esnek ve hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri, refakat ve okul-karne izinleri ile e\u015fit bak\u0131m yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren babal\u0131k izni gibi uygulamalardan yararlan\u0131yor. \u0130kinci Bahar  ve Yeniden Ba\u015flas\u0131n  programlar\u0131 ise bak\u0131m sorumluluklar\u0131 nedeniyle kariyerine ara veren kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc destekliyor.  

 Akbank ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kariyer yolculu\u011funun farkl\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik programlar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Rol Model Akbankl\u0131  program\u0131 ile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplumun her alan\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedeflerken, Teknolojide G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Kad\u0131nlar  projesi ve Teknolojide Kad\u0131n Derne\u011fi  i\u015f birlikleriyle STEM alan\u0131ndaki cinsiyet dengesizli\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
