Yeni nesil teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u015firketi olan Reeder, mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim Anadolu liselerinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren binlerce k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye, mesleklerinde yaz\u0131l\u0131m  kullanma becerilerini artt\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla kodlama  e\u011fitimleri sa\u011flayan anlaml\u0131 bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k projesine imza att\u0131. Projenin ilk y\u0131l\u0131nda, 2500 \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 taahh\u00fct edilen \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimlerle 2680 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015ft\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda 250 \u00f6\u011frenci olarak ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 taahh\u00fct edilen y\u00fcz y\u00fcze e\u011fitimlerle yakla\u015f\u0131k 278 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencileri gelece\u011fin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kad\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar \u0131, m\u00fchendisl eri ve bilim insanlar\u0131  olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in destekleyen Reeder bu projeyi, T.C. Millî E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mesleki ve Teknik E\u011fitim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011finde hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Teknoloji, \u00e7evre  ve sosyal  alanlara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye ve ileri ta\u015f\u0131maya devam eden ve \u00e7 al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131nda 1.000’e ula\u015fan Reeder, toplumda kad\u0131n\u0131n kalk\u0131nmadaki rol\u00fc hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k  olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ve bunu yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 bir ama\u00e7 edinerek kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan  oran\u0131n\u0131 %55’e ve kad\u0131n hissedar  oran\u0131n\u0131 ise %63’e y\u00fckseltti. Reeder bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 toplumda da yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak hedefiyle “K\u0131zlar Kodlar” projesini hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.  Proje ile 12-18 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2680 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131  K\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencileri gelece\u011fin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kad\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, m\u00fchendisleri ve bilim insanlar\u0131 olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in destekleyen proje; \u0130stanbul, Manisa  ve Samsun  illerindeki y\u00fcz y\u00fcze at\u00f6lye e\u011fitimlerini yakla\u015f\u0131k 278 \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015farak tamamlad\u0131. Mesleki ve teknik Anadolu lisesinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren 12-18 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2680 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilere, okul y\u00f6netimi ve \u00f6\u011fretmenleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitim portal\u0131 “reelab.com.tr” \u00fczerinden bilim, teknoloji, m\u00fchendislik, sanat  ve matematik  disiplinlerini b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik olarak ele alan "STEAM " e\u011fitimleri verildi. Projenin kapsam\u0131  \u0130lk a\u015famada, 50 mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim Anadolu lisesinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler reelab.com.tr portal\u0131 \u00fczerinden; maker k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, tasar\u0131m odakl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, 3 boyutlu tasar\u0131m, algoritmalar, oyun tasar\u0131m\u0131, arduino ile kodlama  ve mobil programlama  gibi dersler ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve binlerce k\u0131z birer “Maker” olma yolunda ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 att\u0131. Reelab.com.tr e\u011fitimlerini ve s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 278 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciye, her ilde toplamda 8 g\u00fcn s\u00fcren uygulamal\u0131 y\u00fcz y\u00fcze at\u00f6lyeler ile \u00f6\u011frenilen teorik bilgilerini prati\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme ve ilk prototiplerini \u00fcretme imkân\u0131 sunuldu.  Hem teorik hem de uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimlerini tamamlayan \u00f6\u011frenciler proje a\u015famalar\u0131 sonucunda birer “Maker” haline gelerek, kendi kendine kodlama, tasar\u0131m yapma ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirmeye yetkin bireyler halinde geldi. \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimler ve uygulamal\u0131 at\u00f6lyeleri tamamlan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler; y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenimlerine ve kariyer yolculuklar\u0131na ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131ndan bir ad\u0131m \u00f6nde ba\u015flayabilecekler. Reeder \u015firketi i\u00e7erisinde her sene ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen “Reeder yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirme ve tasar\u0131m yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131”’na derslerini ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayarak kat\u0131l\u0131m sertifikas\u0131n\u0131 alan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler de ba\u015fvuru yapabilecekler ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan yaz\u0131l\u0131m, kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Ayr\u0131ca bu \u00f6\u011frenciler Reeder’da i\u015fletmede mesleki e\u011fitim\/staj imkân\u0131 bulacak. “Bilime ve gen\u00e7lere olan inanc\u0131m\u0131zla bu y\u0131l daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar ataca\u011f\u0131z”   2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ad\u0131m att\u0131klar\u0131 projenin, bug\u00fcn binlerce k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencinin heyecan\u0131, umudu, \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getiren Reeder Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 Sezen Sungur Saral , konuya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u00fcresel ekonomiyi \u015fekillendirmede d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etti. Hem \u00f6\u011frencilerden hem de \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden al\u0131nan geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerin proje ile \u00fcrettikleri katk\u0131n\u0131n birer g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Sungur Saral, bilime ve gen\u00e7lere olan \u00e7ok inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu y\u0131l daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar atmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Sungur Saral \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde, deprem dolay\u0131s\u0131yla gidemedikleri Mersin  ve Gaziantep  dâhil olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 illerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam edeceklerinin de bilgisini vererek s\u00f6zlerini sonland\u0131rd\u0131.   “K\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 geli\u015firse, her \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fir”  T.C. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mesleki ve Teknik E\u011fitim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Nazan \u015eener : “Bir toplumda k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 daha nitelikli hale gelirse her \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fir.&nbsp;\u00dclkelerin ekonomik, toplumsal ve sosyal-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel y\u00f6nlerden geldi\u011fi a\u015famalar kalk\u0131nman\u0131n g\u00f6stergeleri aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn katmanlar\u0131yla kalk\u0131nma hedefine odaklanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00dclkemizin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lardan birisi de e\u011fitimli insan g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yeti\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitimdir. Bu kapsamda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kalk\u0131nmadaki rol\u00fc, e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecine ve istihdama daha fazla kat\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, gelece\u011fin mesleklerinde s\u00f6z sahibi haline getirmek ve toplumda daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla Reeder ile i\u015f birli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz “K\u0131zlar Kodlar” projesi kapsam\u0131 geni\u015fletilerek devam edecektir. Projenin mevcut yol haritas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda; \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla “reelab.com.tr” e\u011fitim portal\u0131 Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n onay\u0131 ile kuruldu ve bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcm okullarda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Fatih Projesi  kapsam\u0131nda «g\u00fcvenli siteler» i\u00e7erisine reelab.com.tr de eklendi. Pilot olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015f illerde (\u0130stanbul, Manisa, Samsun) \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitim portal\u0131 reelab.com.tr ile meslek liselerinde okuyan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler; "STEAM" yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 e\u011fitimlerinden faydaland\u0131. 2680 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenci, Maker k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, Tasar\u0131m Odakl\u0131 D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, 3 Boyutlu Tasar\u0131m, Algoritmalar, Oyun Tasar\u0131m\u0131, Arduino ile Kodlama ve Mobil Programlama konular\u0131nda, MEB m\u00fcfredat\u0131 ile uyumlu, yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 saat s\u00fcren ve 7 mod\u00fclden olu\u015fan \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimler ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimlerde ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6steren 50 okuldan 278 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciyle 2 g\u00fcn boyunca \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitimdeki konularda y\u00fcz y\u00fcze ve uygulamal\u0131 Maker at\u00f6lyeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. At\u00f6lyeler her ilde iki\u015fer kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ferek her at\u00f6lyeye ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 35 k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencinin kat\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Y\u00fcz y\u00fcze at\u00f6lye e\u011fitimlerine kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frencilere MEB onayl\u0131 sertifikalar teslim edildi.  Projenin \u00f6\u011frencilerin t\u00fcm beklentileri ve sa\u011flanan faydalar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenciler ile anketler payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. E\u011fitim alan \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u015fletmede mesleki e\u011fitim\/staj konusunda \u00f6ncelikli olacak  Reeder yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirme ve tasar\u0131m yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m imkân\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.
