T\u00fcrkiye’nin \u00f6nde gelen enerji  \u015firketi T\u00fcpra\u015f , sorumluluk bilinciyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi  alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla global \u00f6l\u00e7ekte \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015far\u0131ya imza att\u0131.  Hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla k\u00fcresel platformda en kapsaml\u0131 toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131ndan biri olan Bloomberg Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Endeksi ’nde yerini ald\u0131. T\u00fcpra\u015f’\u0131n endekse kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve e\u015fitlik  k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki uzun vadeli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacak. Bloomberg Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Endeksi kapsam\u0131nda raporlama yapan halka a\u00e7\u0131k \u015firketler; kad\u0131n liderli\u011fi ve yetenek havuzundaki kad\u0131n  oran\u0131 \u00fccret e\u015fitli\u011fi , kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc , cinsel tacizle m\u00fccadele politikalar\u0131  ve kad\u0131n dostu  marka kimli\u011fi olmak \u00fczere be\u015f alanda de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Bu alanlardaki performans ve \u015feffafl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde belli bir skorun \u00fcst\u00fcnde not alan \u015firketler endekse dahil olabiliyor. 11 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu endekste 45 \u00fclke ve b\u00f6lgeden k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde 418 \u015firket yer al\u0131rken, T\u00fcrkiye’den toplam 7 \u015firket bulunuyor. “‘E\u015fitlik i\u00e7in enerjimiz bitmez’ diyerek enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir i\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz”  T\u00fcpra\u015f  Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u0130brahim Yelmeno\u011flu , konuya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00f6ncelikle toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki \u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla “Bloomberg Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Endeksi”nde yer almaktan b\u00fcy\u00fck mutluluk duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Endekste yer almalar\u0131n\u0131n; \u015firketin kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve e\u015fitlik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Yelmeno\u011flu,  e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlarla \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi bar\u0131nd\u0131ran kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir i\u015fyeri yaratma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik g\u00fcndemlerinin \u00f6nemli bir hedefi oldu\u011funu ifade etti. T\u00fcpra\u015f’ta ya\u015f, cinsiyet, etnik k\u00f6ken, din, engellilik, e\u011fitim ve ulusal k\u00f6ken a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeksizin t\u00fcm \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlara sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00f6ncelikleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Yelmeno\u011flu, \u00e7 e\u015fitlilik, e\u015fitlik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k politikalar\u0131n\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131na, t\u00fcm kademelerde kad\u0131n-erkek istihdam  oran\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan  istihdam\u0131n\u0131n ve kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fim olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na odakland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. T\u00fcpra\u015f olarak, hi\u00e7bir i\u015fin cinsiyeti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, i\u015flerin ancak uzman\u0131 olabilece\u011fini iyi bildiklerini belirten Yelmeno\u011flu, h er bireyi e\u015fsiz ve farkl\u0131 k\u0131lan \u00f6zelliklerin bir araya gelerek olu\u015fturdu\u011fu zenginli\u011fin, T\u00fcpra\u015f’\u0131 gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerden biri oldu\u011funa inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi. Yelmeno\u011flu ; “Bu inan\u00e7la, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ‘E\u015fitlik i\u00e7in Enerjimiz Bitmez’ diyerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn ve gelece\u011fin enerjisini kad\u0131n erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte \u00fcretmeye devam edece\u011fiz” dedi. T\u00fcpra\u015f’\u0131n 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri imzac\u0131s\u0131 olarak, par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu Ko\u00e7 Holding ’in toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi  alan\u0131nda rehber niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini desteklemeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Yelmeno\u011flu,  2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7e\u015fitlilik, E\u015fitlik ve Kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k Komitesini kurarak 2015 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana at\u0131lan somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131 daha da sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. \u00c7e\u015fitlilik, e\u015fitlik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k konusunu T\u00fcpra\u015f’ta ya\u015fayan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek ad\u0131na, politikalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde hayata ge\u00e7irerek, aksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 komitenin yak\u0131n takibine alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Yelmeno\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerine \u015fu \u015fekilde devam etti: “Politikalar\u0131m\u0131z do\u011frultusunda T\u00fcpra\u015f i\u00e7inde dil, ifade ve ak\u0131l kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na fark\u0131ndal\u0131k  e\u011fitimleriyle komite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ba\u015flatmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 kolektif bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctmek amac\u0131yla g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc uygulama el\u00e7ileri de belirlenecek.” “\u0130stihdam edece\u011fimiz her iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan biri kad\u0131n olacak”  S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma , ekonomik ve sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fim i\u00e7in kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ve toplumda e\u015fit kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken T\u00fcpra\u015f Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u0130brahim Yelmeno\u011flu, bu hedef do\u011frultusunda i\u015fe al\u0131mda kad\u0131n erkek oran e\u015fitli\u011fini sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ad\u0131mlar atacaklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. T\u00fcpra\u015f’\u0131n k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce duyurdu\u011fu ama\u00e7 odakl\u0131 2050 Stratejik D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki hedef \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da yer alan toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131  faaliyetleriyle de\u011fer yaratmaya devam edeceklerine de de\u011finen Yelmeno\u011flu, bug\u00fcn toplam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10’u kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015furken, ofislerde bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 30’u buldu\u011funu ifade etti. Y\u00f6netim kurulundaki kad\u0131n  temsil oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 16,6 seviyesinde oldu\u011funu belirten Yelmeno\u011flu, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00f6netim kurulunda kad\u0131n temsil oran\u0131 hedefinin ise y\u00fczde 25 oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. Ar-Ge b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 63’\u00fcn\u00fcn kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015ftu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan Yelmeno\u011flu, y\u00f6netim kademelerinde kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 26 seviyesinde oldu\u011funu belirtti. Yetenek havuzunun y\u00fczde 52’sini kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011funu da a\u00e7\u0131klayan Yelmeno\u011flu, bu rakam\u0131 y\u00fczde 50’nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeme hedefiyle faaliyetlere devam edildi\u011fini ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde istihdam edilecek her iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan birinin kad\u0131n olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u0130brahim Yelmeno\u011flu; “K\u0131sa vadede ise ilk \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz, her seviyede ve g\u00f6revde kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve liderlerimizin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak. \u00dcst y\u00f6netimde kad\u0131nlar\u0131 daha fazla g\u00f6rmeyi ve bu do\u011frultuda da gerekli te\u015fvikleri sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. “Vardiyal\u0131 kad\u0131n saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z”  Rafinaj  sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fc bir uygulama olarak, \u00fcretim sahalar\u0131nda vardiyal\u0131 kad\u0131n teknisyen  ve operat\u00f6rleri istihdam ettiklerini vurgulayan Yelmeno\u011flu, “\u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ilk kez Batman’da olmak \u00fczere; \u0130zmit, K\u0131r\u0131kkale ve \u0130zmir rafineri sahalar\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131n operat\u00f6r  ve teknisyenler aram\u0131za kat\u0131ld\u0131lar. Bug\u00fcne kadar kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisl erimiz hep vard\u0131 ancak sahada vardiyal\u0131 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fe ba\u015flamas\u0131, hem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz hem de \u015firketimiz ad\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fc ve \u00f6rnek bir uygulama oldu. \u00dcretim sahas\u0131nda g\u00f6revli, vardiyal\u0131 kad\u0131n saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131, projemizin kapsam\u0131n\u0131 daha da geni\u015fletmeyi, ustaba\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gibi k\u0131demli saha pozisyonlar\u0131nda da orta vadede kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz” dedi. “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesinde fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm enerjimizle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ediyoruz.”  \u0130brahim Yelmeno\u011flu, i\u015f yerinde e\u015fitlik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k prensibiyle hareket ederken, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n toplumun her alan\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak amac\u0131yla Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kad\u0131n Birimi, HeForShe  Hareketi  ve Fenerbah\u00e7e Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc  ile k\u00fcresel i\u015f birli\u011fine imza att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.
