T\u00fcrk in\u015faat sanayisi ni yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda temsil eden sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ba\u015fta gelen sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD  (T\u00fcrkiye \u0130n\u015faat Malzemesi Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi), s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi payla\u015fmak ve toplumu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir  bir gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131mak amac\u0131yla faaliyetlerini geni\u015fletti. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD  bu kapsamda T\u00fcrkiye in\u015faat malzemesi sanayisinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini ilgilendiren \u00e7evresel, sosyal, enerji ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi  ile ilgili politikalara katk\u0131 vermek, bu konularda gerekli i\u015fbirliklerinin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131  art\u0131rmak ve bilgilendirme faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu do\u011frultuda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Komitesi,  2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda faaliyetler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik  kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla \u00f6nemsediklerini belirten T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD  Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu,  en b\u00fcy\u00fck hedeflerinin T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD \u00dcyelerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik faaliyetlerini ve uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 desteklemek ve sekt\u00f6rde bu faaliyetlerden ilham al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u00f6nemi artan ve kritik etkilere sebep olan bir konu oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu, bu konuya daha fazla a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermenin hem sekt\u00f6r hem de \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u0130n\u015faat malzemesi sanayisinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nman\u0131n  \u00f6nemli bir halkas\u0131 oldu\u011funu da s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu , bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD olarak kendilerine d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revin, t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istedi\u011fi alanda, hak etti\u011fi konumda yer almalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermek oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Gelece\u011fin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcretkenli\u011fine, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na ve topluma katt\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011fere daha fazla ihtiya\u00e7 duyulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da vurgulayan K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu, “ BM S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131’n\u0131n be\u015fincisi olan ‘Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi ’nin, kad\u0131n  ve emek m\u00fccadelesinin \u00e7ok iyi kavranmas\u0131 ve \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi kanaatindeyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyoruz ki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha aktif olmas\u0131, e\u011fitim ve i\u015f hayat\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 demek daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131, huzurlu ve adil bir toplum demektir” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ’\u0131n yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ‘\u0130n\u015faat Malzemeleri Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam\u0131n\u0131n Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik Tutum Belgesi ’nde \u015fu bilgi ve hedefler yer ald\u0131: Haz\u0131rlanan Tutum Belgesi ile T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD \u00fcyeleri; sekt\u00f6rdeki kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 na y\u00f6nelik belirlenen T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ilkelerini\/hedeflerini benimser ve bu do\u011frultuda hareket etmeyi, firma hedef ve politikalar\u0131na dahil etmeyi kabul eder.Kapasite geli\u015ftirme programlar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flar.\u0130lkeler\/hedefler do\u011frultusunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetir\/takip eder.\u0130lerleme durumunu ve iyi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 periyodik olarak T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ile payla\u015f\u0131r. Hedefler:    Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ne kat\u0131l\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak, e\u011fitimler vermek, mentorluk yapmak. Vas\u0131fs\u0131z kad\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc talebinin y\u00fckseltilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde politikalar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sosyal stat\u00fcl\u00fc i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in negatif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 olmak. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda e\u011fitim yoluyla niteli\u011finin y\u00fckseltilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak. Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda geli\u015fmelerini desteklemek. E\u015fit i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret  ilkesini uygulamak. Kad\u0131nlar ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 na e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik, haklar, i\u015f ve ge\u00e7im olanaklar\u0131na eri\u015fimde erkeklerle ayn\u0131 haklara sahip olmas\u0131 i\u00e7inimkân vermek. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdama eri\u015fiminde engel olu\u015fturan sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tutumlar\u0131n (geleneksel, ataerkil, muhafazakâr vb. tutumlar) de\u011fi\u015fimine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar (kampanyalar, seminerler, konferanslar) yapmak. Kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici  say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in hedefler belirlemek. Kad\u0131n ve erkeklere i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131n her alan\u0131nda e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar  sunmak. \u0130\u015f yerinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 , kad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc (psikolojik, cinsel vb.) taciz olaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara e\u011fitimler d\u00fczenlemek. Toplumsal kalk\u0131nma  i\u00e7in e\u011fitimde k\u0131zlar ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131n kapanmas\u0131na, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda erkeklerle e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlara kavu\u015fmas\u0131na, haklar\u0131n\u0131n yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p uygulanmas\u0131na, insan onuruna yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r i\u015flerde istihdam\u0131na imkânsa\u011flamak. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen t\u00fcm bu kapsamdaki uygulamalar\u0131n tedarik\/de\u011fer zinciri boyunca yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek.
